"Super comfy right out of the box"
I picked up a pair from grenson they’re really comfortable. I was expecting them to need a bit of breaking in, but they felt great pretty much straight away. Wore them all day at work and didn’t end up with sore feet at all. I’m really pleased with them

"Still going strong"
I bought these boots last year they’ve been through a lot of rain and miles of walking. They’re still really comfortable, the soles are holding up fine, and the leather somehow looks even better now. I guess whoever runs this actually got something right, because I’m really pleased with them

"Really, really solid boots"
Picked up a pair of Grenson boots recently the leather feels really, really good. They did take a few wears to properly break in, but now they’re comfy and feel like they’ll last ages. Quality is top, top stuff.

"Refund came through quicker than expected"
I had to send my shoes back because the size wasn’t right, and I was expecting the refund to take a ridiculous amount of time like it usually does with some places. But once they received the return, the money came back quickly. I didn’t have to chase anyone or send extra emails, which was a nice surprise. Really straightforward and no hassle at all...

"Pretty easy return, honestly"
I had to exchange my boots for a different size and, yeah, it took a few days... but support got it sorted out without any hassle. Overall, easy experience.

"Really solid boots, just not quite perfect"
I bought a pair of grenson boots they’re really, really solid. The leather feels thick, the stitching is neat, and they definitely have that proper well-made feel like they’ll last for years.
They did take a few wears to soften up, but I was expecting that with boots like these. I did notice a tiny bit of glue near the sole, which isn’t a huge deal, but yeah, I noticed it.

Overall I’m happy with them, really happy. I only dropped one star because at this price, I guess I wanted every little detail to be perfect, perfect.

"Really good value for the quality"
I bought a pair from grenson.com and, they feel like they’re worth the money. They’re not exactly cheap, no, but you can really tell where the money goes. The leather feels solid, the sizing was spot on for me, and delivery was quick too. I’ve worn them a few times now, just out and about, and they still look great. Really happy with them, really happy with what I paid.

"I had a small issue with my..."
I had a small issue with my order, so I emailed Grenson expecting the usual back-and-forth. But no, they replied really quickly and sorted it out with zero hassle. The person I spoke to was friendly and had clearly actually read my message, which feels weirdly rare now. I’m 100% convinced this is exactly how customer service should be. Easy 5 stars from me.

"The first few times I wore my Grensons..."
The first few times I wore my Grensons, I thought I might have made a terrible mistake. They were stiff enough to make me question everything, though not actually painful, more like they were quietly testing my commitment. I stuck to short walks for about a week, and slowly but surely, they started to loosen up.

Now it feels like the whole ordeal was worth it. The leather has shaped to my feet really nicely, and they feel solid, comfortable, and properly well made. Ordering was totally straightforward too, with no drama from the site or delivery

"Great quality leather, takes a little breaking in"
I bought a pair from grenson.com and you can immediately tell the leather is the real deal. It feels thick and sturdy without looking bulky, and the stitching and finish around the edges are really clean. They were definitely a bit stiff for the first few wears, especially across the top of the foot, but they’ve started softening up nicely and now feel much more comfortable. I’m taking one star off because the break-in period was a little tougher than I expected, but overall they feel like shoes that are going to last for years.

"Finally, something fit me right"
